Return to Work Screen

A Return to Work Screen is an assessment to determine specifically if an employee is ready to return to his/her job. The employee is only tested to the physical requirements of the job and not beyond this. A Return to Work Screen can also be beneficial in determining any modifications that may be needed for the job site.
